Earth policy

D2`s Earth Policy is designed and conceived to increase awareness to customers, suppliers and staff.
Our Earth Policy is a way of thinking rather than a set of rules and must be encouraged and actively
promoted at all stages.

Our aim is to:

	Offer clients an alternative specification using a more “environmentally sympathetic” approach. This level of consultation has been developed through board room seminar training, on site, to clearly convey all issues discussed and provide a first hand account.
	Focus attention on use of resources such as electricity, water, gas, and find methods to minimise output. Areas to concentrate on include plate and press production.
	Control waste management through efficient production and recycling
	Minimise output of carbon emissions into the atmosphere through transportation.
	Reduce chemical usage.
	Consider all environmental factors when purchasing.
